Applicant must be endorsed by two (2) AVKC members in good standing for ONE YEAR.

Applicants will be read at three General Meetings, at which the applicant must be present. Voting on membership will be done at the third meeting, and affirmative vote of 3/4 of the members present and voting shall be required to elect the applicant.
